I ship my work fully insured via USPS. In the event of loss or damage, claims can be made online using the tracking number.
Most orders ship within 2-4 days of purchase. Made to order or finished to order pieces ship in approximately three weeks or as specified.
I do not resize my rings, if you are unsure of your ring size I recommend going to a jewelry store, or ordering a rigid (metal or plastic) sizer online. I do not recommend using paper sizers. If you order the wrong size, or if you experience size fluctuations, consult a reputable jewelry store near you for resizing.

Keep jewelry like new by buffing with a dry polishing cloth. Clean with warm water and old toothbrush and dry thoroughly (I recommend a blow dryer) if excessively dirty. Store in plastic baggie to prevent tarnish.
